Each customer may purchase gift cards or certificates with a total value of up to $500 per day. This limit is set to protect the security and integrity of our gift card system.

High-Value Purchase Verification

For purchases exceeding $200, customers are required to present a valid photo ID. This verification helps us safeguard against fraudulent activities.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash and credit/debit cards for gift card or certificate purchases. These payment options ensure that all transactions are securely processed.

Expiration Policy

All M&M Beauty Salon gift cards and certificates are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. We encourage our clients to enjoy their salon experience within this timeframe.

Usage Restrictions

Gift cards and certificates may be used toward any of our services or non-human hair retail items but cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase other gift cards, or applied to human hair product purchases. These terms help maintain the value of our services and ensure proper use of the program.

Refund Policy

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. If necessary, refunds will be issued as salon credit rather than cash, allowing clients to explore our full range of services.

Lost/Stolen Cards

In the event of a lost or stolen card, a replacement will only be issued if the original purchase was linked to the customer's Vagaro account. This policy ensures accountability and protects clients’ purchases.
