Enjoy complete flexibility with no long-term contracts! Month-to-month billing and you can cancel or pause your spa membership anytime, giving you full control over your plan. Relax knowing you’re not locked into anything! Simply sign up using your preferred card on file (including HSA/FSA). The day you sign up would be your monthly billing date. 

Pausing: 

If you’d like to pause your membership, simply text or email Mayari Wellness. While your membership is paused, you won’t lose any credits. However, if your membership is paused for more than 90 days, it will be automatically canceled. Any remaining credits can be used by you, a friend, or a family member within 30 days.

Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel, please provide at least 30 days notice by email or text before your next billing cycle. Unused credits may be used within 30 days after cancellation. One membership sign up a year(If you decide to cancel, you must wait 12 months from cancellation date to sign up for a membership again)
