Return Policy

Refund Policy for Hair Care Products

At Meryska's Loc Maintenance, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our hair care products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition of the Product: To qualify for a refund, more than half of the product must remain unused. Products that are mostly used will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Eligible Products: This refund policy applies only to hair care products. Gummy vitamins are not eligible for refunds due to health and safety regulations.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process the refund.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at meryskaslocmaintenance@gmail.com within the return window. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund if all conditions are met.

Are PRODUCTS ALL NATURAL?

YES! All products were created with natural oils and herbs with common skin allergies and irritants in mind. Many ingredients are found in the average kitchen!
