We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel.
To cancel or modify an appointment at Michelle Nichole Hair Studio, kindly notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If you're cancelling a large service, kindly provide us with a 48-hour notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee when re-booking.
In the event that you cancel or partially cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up, a deposit will be required to re-book your next appointment. However, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 72 hours notice.
Please note that hair services are non-refundable, but if you require adjustments, kindly inform us within 24 hours of the service.
Any adjustments requested after 24 hours will be your responsibility. Additionally, all sales of retail merchandise, gift cards, and hair extensions (wefts) are final.

DEPOSITS:
There are no refunds on deposits if the appointment is cancelled with in less then 72 hours notice of the hair appointment.
REFUND POLICY:
There is absolutely no refunds on hair services, the studio must be notified within 24 hours after a hair service is completed. If a client fails to let the studio know within 24 hours of any wanted changes the client will be responsible for the cost of any adjustments. All sales are final on all retail merchandise, gift cards and on hair (wefts) extension purchase.
