We understand that plans can change, so please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to cancel or modify your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, and those made with less than 24 hours will require a non-refundable deposit equal to the service cost for future appointments. Please note that all retail merchandise, gift cards, and hair extensions are non-refundable.
