My Story

I've been behind the chair since I was 19, when I started my career after graduating from Graham Webb International Academy of Hair in Rosslyn, VA. I spent 17 incredible years at George Salon at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, DC, where I had the honor of working  with incredible clients of all positions in life. I had the opportunity to  work with celebrities, senators, news anchors and style for the Kennedy Center Honors for many years. I became a go to stylist for the Miss America Pageant and have worked on location in Miami, Chicago, Atlanta, NYC and beyond - all to be apart of my clients' biggest most meaningful moments.

Enough about all of that :)

Eventually, life led me closer to home. I joined Joshua Lawrence Salon in Fredericksburg VA before making the decision to create something of my own. Now, I will bring my love for creating beautiful hair and building friendly relationships to Richmond VA. I'm excited to welcome clients into Michelle Perone Hair !
