Milo came into a family who had only ever had cats and completely changed our world. What started with one dog grew into a passion for helping, training and caring for dogs.
That journey led to 10 years of experience through rescue, PAK9 and the wider dog community, and eventually to Milo’s Dog Grooming Studio.

Meet Milo
Milo is the reason behind the name, and he’s still very much part of what we do.
He is our model dog at PAK9, where he helps demonstrate the different tasks we teach our students. He has helped us learn so much about dogs, their personalities and the importance of patience, communication and trust.
To us, Milo really is one in a million.
He showed us just how much dogs can change your life — and inspired us to create a business where other dogs can be treated with that same care and understanding.
A Life Around Dogs with PAK9
For 10 years, I’ve been involved with PAK9 Training Classes, working alongside my dad and Paul to help dogs and their owners build better relationships.
Our approach is simple: “We train the owners, not just the dogs.”
Understanding your dog, building trust and learning how to communicate with them are just as important as the training itself.
Through PAK9, I’ve worked with dogs from all backgrounds, including rescue dogs who need a little extra patience, understanding and confidence.
That experience now shapes the way we groom — with patience, care and every dog treated as an individual.
