Meet Marlaina 

I’ve been in the beauty industry for over a decade—this work raised me. I grew up behind the chair, learning how to read people, hold space, and help women feel seen.

Over time, I realized I didn’t just want to make women look beautiful—I wanted to help them feel aligned, grounded, and whole. I added coaching to my tool belt because I wanted to offer more than just a listening ear. I wanted to give my clients a soft but educated place to land. I didn’t want to just sit in the problem—I wanted to offer real solutions, real support, and real change.

My own journey taught me how easy it is to lose yourself—especially in love. I used to be growing, glowing, doing the work… and then I’d abandon myself the moment a man showed up. I saw that pattern start early, and I watched it play out more times than I’d like to admit. I was falling in love with potential—but I finally realized that potential was better poured into women who actually wanted to grow.

So I did what I always do—I turned the pain into purpose. I made a project out of it. And that’s where Mindful Beauty was born.

Now, I offer luxury hair services and transformative Beauty coaching for women who are ready to evolve—women who are done shrinking, done self-abandoning, and ready to fully own who they are.
