⏰ Appointments, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

  1. I understand that appointments are by reservation only.
  2. I agree to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
  4. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
  5. My card on file will be charged or prepaid sessions forfeited for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
  6. If I am 15 minutes late or more, my appointment will be considered a no-show and canceled with a charge.
  7. If I arrive less than 15 minutes late, that time will be deducted from the treatment session.

đź’ł Payment & Refund Policy

  1. I understand that all service payments are non-refundable.
  2. No further services will be provided until all outstanding charges are paid.

đźš« Boundaries & Conduct

  1. I understand that intoxication during treatment is not allowed. If I arrive intoxicated, I will be asked to leave and charged the full session price.
  2. I acknowledge that sexual innuendos, inappropriate language, or behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applied.
  3. I understand that guests, children, and pets are not permitted at my appointment.

👤 Minors & Consent

  1. I must be 18 years or older to receive treatment unless a parent or guardian provides written consent.
