I created Monte because I wanted to offer something a little different — a more personal salon experience where appointments never feel rushed, every guest feels welcome, and the little details matter.

As I continue to grow my craft in haircuts, dimensional color, and extensions, my goal remains the same: to create beautiful hair while building genuine relationships with the people who sit in my chair.
