Hi, my name is Gina and I am the owner of Mountain and Meadow Massage. I am deeply committed to helping clients achieve their wellness goals and feel their best through personalized compassionate care. My practice incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Reiki, Thai and Lomi Lomi. I am able to integrate these techniques to provide individually tailored treatments that helps restore function, increase performance, aide in pain relief, improve flexibility, promote healing (physically and energetically), better sleep quality, and a relaxed nervous system.
