All therapists with Mountain Mobile Massage are Certified and Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). An insurance receipt will be provided at the time of payment for clients wishing to submit their treatment for reimbursement.

Because each insurance provider has its own policies and coverage rules, Mountain Mobile Massage cannot guarantee reimbursement and is not responsible for denied claims. Clients are encouraged to review their individual insurance plan to understand what is covered.

Both the client and the therapist have the right to pause or end a session at any time. Mountain Mobile Massage maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or conversation, and we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment to ensure a safe, respectful environment for everyone.

Mountain Mobile Massage respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide safe and effective massage therapy services, including contact details and relevant health information. This information is used solely for booking, communication, and treatment purposes and is never shared or sold.

All payments are processed securely through our third‑party booking and payment provider, Vagaro. Mountain Mobile Massage does not have access to your full credit card number or banking details at any time.

Health information provided during booking or intake is used only to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate. This information is kept confidential and is not disclosed to anyone unless required by law.
