We do take FSA/HSA cardholders.
Before your massage, a letter of medical necessity is needed for them to deem the massage to be covered.

This should be submitted to your FSA/HSA administrator as well. I would like a copy for my files. Lastly, confirm with your HSA/FSA provider that you can go ahead and use it for Massage.
If you were injured in an auto accident in the State of Oregon and have automobile insurance, your expenses to see a complementary alternative health care practitioner are covered. Even if the accident was your fault! This coverage allows you to be treated for your auto accident-related injuries with a simple referral from your Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, or Medical Doctor.

The prices stated in our Services Menu and Packages section reflect discounts for payment at the time of service for clients and are for non-medical or physician-referred massages. Medical massage under MVA insurance is billed in accordance with UCR (usual, customary, and reasonable) fees this service is available in 15 minutes increments at a rate of up to $50.00 per unit and is based on actual time spent covering the treatment on credit, requiring hours of billing time, tracking, and collecting payment for services and requires well-documented records and chart notes for billing purposes which is normally not required.
