By booking your appointment you are authorizing MOXI esthetics by mal to charge your card 20% of the total amount of the booked service when cancelling within 24 hours before the scheduled time. With no contact and no show you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no prior contact of the late arrival, you will be charged the full no show fee.
