Welcome to Mindful Pedicure Spa. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ve outlined a few important policies for all our pedicure appointments.


Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes early as this may disrupt our schedule. If you're running late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.


Arrival and Access

For security reasons, the door is locked. Please contact us upon arrival, and we will promptly let you in. If you're delayed, we will do our best to accommodate, but it may affect the time allocated for your service.


Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged in full.


Payment and Deposits

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We take payments through the booking software. Payments cannot be made through Cash App or Zelle. 


Promotions and Discounts

Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Ask about current offers when booking.
