白眉拳 Pak Mei or White Eyebrow Kung Fu - is a unique southern Chinese martial art system that emphasizes powerful close-quarters combat striking and clinch work. We provide a more hands-on experience with guided pressure testing - so you are not left frustrated and ill-equipped for combat compared to traditional systems.
In 1974, Pak Mei Kung Fu was first taught openly in NYC by the late 5th generation Master Kwong Man Fong 鄺文爌with encouragement from Grandmaster Cheung Lai Chun's son, Cheung Bing Fatt, to spread the arts' true teachings. Chris continues his uncle's charge today as a 7th generation instructor.
