Please check our processes below before you place your booking.

Booking

Our diary is open 6 weeks at a time. ​A limited diary means we can ensure that bookings remain fair for regular clients, new clients and staff. ​Remember that time you got a phone call to ask to swap your hair or beauty appointment because your technician is no longer available that day? Well this will stop those phone calls happening, no reshuffling of any appointment should be needed unless required by you.

All bookings require a small non refundable deposit which will be deducted from your appointment. All appointments booked by phone or email over the value of £20 will be required to pay a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

We do not have access to your card details.

To book your appointment the best way is to book via the book now button at the top of this page. You can also call us on 07835 545 465, however your best bet is to send a text message or WhatsApp message with your appointment request as we could be with a client so we won't be able to answer the phone. Restrictions

We do not apply Gel or BIAB to anyone under the age of 14.


We do not carry out a HD BROW service to anyone under the age of 16.


We do not carry out a BROWSCULPT service to anyone under the age of 18.


We do not carry out lash extensions to anyone under the age of 16.


We do not carry out a waxing service to anyone under the age of 16.

If you are pregnant we cannot carry out a lash lift, lash extensions, BrowSculpt or the tinting process for your HD Brow.

Record Cards & Consultation

Before your first appointment we will require you to fill out a record card, and a pre-appointment consultation will be required to be filled out before each appointment for your safety.

Prior to your appointment you will receive a secure easy access online link via SMS, where you are required to fill out the important information we need from you before your service.


Failure of this being done will require your appointment to be cancelled and you will be charged a fee.

Cancellations

No-Shows, cancellations and lateness impact the running of the salon in a big way.

Our cancellation policy is at least 24-hours notice prior to your appointment. If you don't turn up for your appointment or cancel at short notice, you will be charged a fee.


We like to keep to our timings and hope you help with that. An appointment that runs over by 10 minutes or someone not turning up creates a large knock-on affect, which can then affect staff efficiency and our clients salon experience. If you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee your booking and you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee.

A non-refundable booking fee is applicable at the time of booking and will be deducted from your service on the day. The booking fee is non-refundable to anyone, and if you do not show up for your appointment this can not be deducted from any future visits.

If you cant make your appointment, please contact us so we can try to reschedule you. This visit may also be useful for someone else and in turn might be a visit you may require in the future.
