A small-town girl with big-city dreams - a NE Ohio native moved to a bigger city with bigger hopes and dreams beyond my rural hometown. Through my life, I have had a strong pull towards helping others. No matter the size gesture, or delivery mode. Confidence building with inclusivity, empathy and compassion, builds a trust and safety that is important, deep to my core roots.

My passion in advanced education began during my time in Esthetics School, where I noticed a lack of advanced knowledge and training for professionals. Since 2013, I’ve been involved in salon staff training in various service niches and have been providing continuing education to licensed professionals since 2018. My extensive experience in both education and salon work has equipped me to impart knowledge from real-life service room scenarios, offering confidence and expertise to professionals, helping instill service room confidence!
