Please understand as a courtesy to the next appointment, if you arrive late, your services shall finish at the original scheduled time and/or changes will have to made to your appointment. Arriving too late to perform the service may result in a reschedule or cancellation.

We kindly ask that only guests receiving services enter the businesses. Due to limited seating and space, friends, family members, and visitors are not permitted to accompany you during your appointment. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and ensure everyone's safety, children under 5 yrs old are not permitted in the salon at anytime. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrange childcare prior to your appointment.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter the tattoo shop unaccompanied.

1. Guests 15–17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to provide consent and complete the necessary forms.

Please respect those receiving services by speaking in soft tones and silencing your cell phone while receiving services. If you need to take a call or listen to something on your device, we kindly ask that you use headphones.

Rude, Loud, discourteous or disorderly guest will be asked to leave.Please do not wear or bring anything valuable to the salon. Service providers, officers and/or affiliates will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property or clothing.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on services, gift cards, package series or retail products. If you are not satisfied with a service please let your service provider know before leaving the establishment so they can determine the necessary approach. All sales are final.

This is an independent service provider establishment. All service providers are independent (rent their space) and may price and deliver their services differently. We each individually have our own techniques, products,tools and education.

Please advise your service provider in advance of any allergies to ingredients or medical conditions. They will advise you which treatments are best for you. Our Licenses only allow us to work on healthy nails, skin, hair, etc. We do not treat or diagnose any disease. If we feel you have a contagious or infectious disease (fungus, warts, ringworm, lice, etc.) the service will not be provided/continued. We recommend you see a medical professional or get clearance from your doctor.
