SALON POLICIES


  1. Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. However, if you arrive between 16-20 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your remaining balance.  Appointments will be automatically canceled after 20 minutes of tardiness. A cancellation fee of $20 will apply, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.
  2. Appointment Changes: No changes to appointments will be accepted on the day of service.
  3. Photography: Please be aware that pictures will be taken during your appointment as part of our promotional efforts. If you prefer not to have your face captured, we are happy to make accommodations. However, kindly understand that this is a standard practice for promoting our business.
  4. Hair Preparation: No grease or edge control should be applied to your hair unless a wash has been booked as part of your service. Ensure your hair is properly detangled, shampooed, and blow-dried before your appointment if you plan to do it yourself. Appointments may be canceled if your or your child’s hair is dirty, matted, or unprepared, with potential for blocking future bookings.
  5. Provided Hair: I provide hair in colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4. For any other specific color preferences, clients must supply their own hair, which should be delivered at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you are supplying your own hair, please ensure it meets the required length for the selected service. Please note that same-day changes to your appointment will not be accommodated.
  6. Timely Pick-Up: Please ensure you pick up your child on time after their appointment.
  7. After-Hours Communication: Calls and texts will not be answered or responded to after business hours.
  8. Service Availability: If a service is not listed on our website, it is not offered.
  9. Health and Safety: If you or your child are experiencing any illness (such as coughing, cold, etc.), please stay home. Your appointment will be canceled to ensure the safety of all.
  10. Hair Provision for Services: If you are providing your own hair for any service other than quick weaves, please bring it in at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
