Client Intake Form
Before your appointment, you’ll receive an email with a brief form to complete. This helps me get to know you and your hair history better, so I can tailor your service to your needs.
This form must be completed before your appointment. Failure to submit it may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled.
Guest Policy
Due to limited space, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. This includes children and additional guests. Thank you for helping me maintain a calm and focused environment.
Deposits & Payment
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance via call or text.
