Welcome to Obsidian Salon. My goal is to provide a seamless, elevated experience for every guest. To ensure clarity, consistency, and respect for everyone’s time, please review the policies below prior to booking.

Client Intake Form

All guests will receive a digital intake form prior to their appointment. This allows me to review your hair history and prepare appropriately for your service.

The intake form must be completed before your appointment. Failure to submit the form may result in rescheduling.

Guest Policy

Due to limited suite space, guests are asked to attend appointments alone, unless discussed with me prior to the appointment. This includes children and additional visitors. Thank you for helping maintain a calm and focused environment.

Deposits & Card on File

A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.

New guests are required to place a 35% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total.

Signature Blonde appointments require a 35% deposit due to the extended time reserved.

Appointments will not be confirmed without a card on file.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show, will incur a 100% service fee.

For new guests, the initial deposit will be retained if cancellation occurs within 48 hours.

Due to the extended time reserved, Signature Blonde appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee, and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% service fee.

Please note: Vagaro is not used for communication. Cancellations must be made directly via call or text.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be subject to the cancellation policy. This ensures adequate time to provide the quality of service every guest deserves.

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. A quick call or text ahead is encouraged to confirm availability.

Creating a Calm & Elevated Environment

Obsidian is designed to be a refined and restorative space. To maintain that atmosphere, conversations involving politics or religion are respectfully avoided during appointments.
