Policies


At Obsidian Salon, my goal is to provide an exceptional experience from start to finish, with complete transparency. To help ensure a smooth visit, please review the salon policies. I’m here to answer any questions, so feel free to reach out.


Guest Policy:


Due to limited space, I kindly ask that no additional guests, including children, accompany you to your appointment.


Deposits and Payment:



New clients are required to put down a 35% deposit and keep a card on file. This deposit will go toward your service upon completion.

Returning clients are asked to keep a card on file for convenience. An appointment will not be booked without a card on file.


Cancellation Policy:


Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via call or text only. Vagaro is not a communication method used by Obsidian Salon. Cancellations and reschedules after that 24 hour notice will have a fee. No shows or cancellations within five hours of scheduled appointment will be a full service charge as I wouldn't be able to fill that spot. 


For returning clients:

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling fees will be 25% of the service and will go towards the rescheduled appointment.


For new clients:

The initial deposit will serve as the cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours. 


Walk-In Policy:


Walk-ins are always welcomed! A quick call or text beforehand helps me accommodate you without delay.
