Jakob Nayar, LMT

Welcome to Olympia Massage Alchemy. I’m Jakob Nayar, a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people heal, move freely, and live with less pain. I specialize in injury treatment, myofascial release, and therapeutic bodywork designed to restore function and balance.

Whether you’re recovering from an accident, dealing with chronic tension, or looking to improve mobility, I tailor every session to your body’s unique needs. My approach is clinical, intuitive, and rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy and fascia—helping release restrictions and accelerate your body’s natural healing process. Let’s work together to get you back to doing what you love.

The Space

Whether you’re seeking relief, relaxation, or reconnection

with yourself, you’ll find it here.

Olympia Massage Alchemy is a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and receive bodywork without feeling rushed or out of place. The office is set up with soft lighting, plants, music, and other small touches to make the room feel calm and welcoming. Essential oils and crystals may be used if you enjoy them, but they’re always optional. The massage table is extra-wide, sturdy, and designed to safely and comfortably support larger bodies, with positioning and bolstering adjusted to what feels best for you.

As a proud LGBTQ+ affirming practice, Olympia Massage Alchemy is committed to providing safe, consensual, and inclusive bodywork for every client. The office is accessible by elevator, the space is wheelchair accessible, and single-stall bathrooms are available, so that all bodies feel welcome and respected.

If you have specific accessibility needs, positioning concerns, scent sensitivities, or any other requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out before your appointment. I’m happy to make adjustments whenever possible to help you feel comfortable and supported.
