Ondina Hair Co. strives to provide the highest quality service and a relaxing experience for all of our clients. To ensure that we can maintain this level of service and accommodate all clients fairly, we’ve implemented the following policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals:
We understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. To be respectful of both the stylist and other clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the stylist to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount.
We consider a “no-show” to be a missed appointment without any prior notification. No-shows are disruptive to the stylist's schedule and can affect other clients who are waiting for an appointment.
A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service amount. Additionally, clients who fail to show up without notice may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
We understand that delays can sometimes occur, but we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Being late may affect the quality of service and the schedule of other clients.
If you know you will be late, please call or text us as soon as possible to discuss potential options.
