I believe we are meant to give and receive massage — a way to reconnect with the wisdom our bodies are always sharing with us.
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. Over time, our muscles adapt to the way we move through life. Daily activities, stress, injuries, and structural habits can shape how our muscles perform and feel, influencing our posture, mobility, and overall comfort.
My goal is to support my community here in Fairplay — from the visitor who arrives sore after traveling or exploring the mountains, to my neighbor who is looking for support with chronic tension and discomfort.
I love my job because I get to help people reconnect with their bodies and create space for greater awareness, relaxation, and ease.
My intention is to create a welcoming and safe environment where you can slow down, breathe, and feel comfortable being present in your body.
Together, we will assess posture, bring attention to areas of tension and imbalance, and explore how your body moves and holds patterns. Through intentional bodywork, we can support improved movement, relaxation, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Massage is more than working on tight muscles — it is an opportunity to listen, reconnect, and care for the body that carries you through life.
