Hi! I'm Ally, owner of Pampered Point in Lakeland, Florida, and licensed massage therapist with four years of specialization in Ashiatsu barefoot massage. I beleive the best massage begins with feeling genuinely seen and cared for. My clients know me for my humor, honesty and ability to create a space where they can simply exhale.

I pay close attention to details. Every breath, every shift in posture, every subtle change in your muscles tells a story. Those small cues guide mt work, allowing me to respond thoughtfully thoughout your session.
