Arrival Time & Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving early allows you to find a good parking spot and to relax a bit before your treatment begins. Arriving late cheats you out of valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment may be given to another guest.
Payment Types
Zelle, Cashapp, Cash are accepted forms of payment. Debit and Credit Card .are accepted only by Ms. Kelley.
Cancellations
Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, be sure to give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your treatment.
Advance Bookings
We request at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Same Day Bookings
Same day bookings must cancel 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Age Requirements
Please be advised that no one under the age of 18 is allowed. Please do not bring children, babies, or guests with you to your appointment.
Silence is Golden
We want to create an atmosphere that allows all our clients to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others and the tranquil silence inside the spa, please refrain from using cell phones -- all cell phones must be in silent mode.
Valuables
Panache cannot be responsible for any valuables brought into the spa. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home or locked in the trunk of your car.
Medical Conditions & Allergies
Please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our staff should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have a heart condition, or have any other medical condition. We strive to personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require.
