Service Policy

We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to continue to book future services at our salon.

Refund Policy

We do not refund any salon services. If there is a problem with a coloring service or a treatment service we would be more then happy to talk and correct any problems within 1 week of the original service. We offer full refunds on unopened retail products and within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund or exchange any open retail products. Tags must be attached and please keep your receipt.
