All online bookings require a 20% deposit. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via phone or email to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we may require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
