Prices begin at the stated amount and are subject to change without notice. We price a la carte and will email you an itemized receipt at checkout. Please consult with your stylist.


APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are required for salon services. Walk-ins are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate last minute appointment requests, however we cannot guarantee availability without appointments.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Pileggi Salon gladly accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note gratuities cannot be put onto credit or debit card purchases. 

STYLIST LEVEL SYSTEM

What does this mean for you, our guest?

 

In order to accommodate a variety of guests and budgets, we use a level system to help you choose a team member that is right for you. A stylist’s experience, skill set and demand, helps determine the stylist’s level, which in turn determines that stylist’s pricing. In the event your stylist moves up a level and their price should exceed your budget, your stylist will be happy to recommend another team member for you. Our menus display a “Starting At” price for services, as our team of stylists are classified by availability, education, and demand. You may schedule an appointment for a complimentary consultation to get an exact cost. This system also allows the stylists appropriate compensation for their hard work, talent and offers professional growth.

 

All our team members are committed to providing the highest level of service including customized product recommendations.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

 

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via phone or email to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we may require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.


NO SHOW POLICY

No-Shows will be charged a percentage of the reserved service amount.

 

First no-show will be charged a 25% fee.


Second no-show will be charged a 50% fee.


Third no show will be charged 100% fee and we will require a 100% non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.


Any multiple services, combos or last-minute bookings may require a HOLD with a credit card. A credit card HOLD transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time. This HOLD fee may be up to 25% of reserved services amount.

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Our salon policies are presented to provide the excellent service for our established and future clientele.




LATE ARRIVALS

If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled or will be added to your next bill. When possible, we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Guest Services will do everything possible to accommodate your wishes. This could result in rescheduling the appointment for another date/time or enabling you to see another service provider.

 

Three canceled or no-show appointments in a row will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.


REFUND & 7 DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

OUR TEAM MEMBERS PRIDE THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.

 

Monetary or credit card refunds will not be made for hair services rendered. However, we will happily make adjustments to the original service. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment via phone or email:

These adjustments are available to you at no cost within a week of your initial service.

 

Any adjustment request made after one week from the original service date will be under the discretion of management/owner approval. Full-service price applies after two weeks.

 

Redo scheduling is done and provided by your original stylist. If you do not wish to see your original stylist, scheduling approval is under the discretion of management.

 

The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.

Any redo requests made after 7 days from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval.

 

We will not be held liable nor offer redo services for hair color that has been adjusted outside of our salon in an attempt to correct the color through home hair color or a visit to another salon.

As most corrective and transformative color processes require multiple visits, our adjustment policy does not apply.

 

Model services are not eligible for future adjustments.


GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES

Gift cards/certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. All sales are final and are not available for later adjustments. Prices for services purchased are only guaranteed within one year of purchase. Gift cards and certificates can be used towards services and products only.

IN-SALON & ONLINE RETAIL PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, we are happy to help you return the product and find one better for you. Unopened returns on retail items purchased online or in our salon will be given a full refund within 30 days, or a salon credit if after 30 days of original purchase. Opened products may be returned for salon credit only.
