Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients:
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
No-shows may result in a full service charge and may require a deposit for future bookings.
