-It depends on the volume the clients have as well as the aftercare but in general they come back in 3 weeks to get their lashes refilled . If the client doesn't want to get the refill , they will shed naturally and it could take up to 5 weeks until the last one is shed.

-If someone wants to have their lashes nice and full all the time, we do offer 1 week touch up or semi refill ( within 2 weeks). 

-There are so many factors that affect the lasting time of a set such as technique, the aftercare, the client’s diet and medication, the weather and the texture of the natural lashes.

-We do guarantee our work for the first week as after that it will be the aftercare so the clients can let us know as soon as we do follow-up , we will book them in for a fix.

-If the extensions are applied properly, they won't damage the lashes. That’s why we highly recommend clients to get their eyelash extensions done with a certified lash artist.

-Due to the growth cycle, our natural lashes shed everyday ( just like our hair on the head) no matter if we have extensions or not.

-In fact, every salon uses different products and we don’t know exactly what the clients are allergic to so we cannot guarantee that they won't have a reaction with our products. We would highly recommend the clients come for a quick patch test, we will apply about 10 extensions, size 8 of volume material on each side. If there is any reaction such as irritation, puffy eyelids, it will show within 24 hours if the client has a severe allergy. 

-Everyone has different eye shape and different volume of natural lashes so even if you have exactly the same with your friend, it still will turn out different.

We attached the extensions on top of natural lashes so the extensions fall out when natural lashes shed. As a growth cycle , we shed 3-5 natural lashes per day. And baby hair is coming out to replace those shedded ones. That’s how natural lashes grow no matter if they have extensions or not.

-The clients still can do eye makeup if they would like to. However we do not recommend waterproof eyeliner as it’s very hard to remove by oil-free removal.

-We also recommend our clients to not use any oil base products as it will weaken the adhesive.

-If they do eyeliner, we would recommend them to use the Q-tips and wipe it along the lash line instead of using the cotton pad to rub on the eyelids.

Yes, she still can swim or go to the beach. However the chlorine and salt water can break the adhesive so we would recommend them to wear swim goggles to protect the lashes. And please do not wet them the first 24 hours.
