Booking Policy

Service Terms

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.


  1. Platinum Honey Extensions reserves the right to refuse service for safety, hygiene, or policy-related reasons.
  2. Please arrive alone unless otherwise approved to maintain a calm and efficient workspace.
  3. No Children allowed unless being serviced
  4. By booking an appointment, you agree to all listed policies.


Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

  1. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  2. Any cancellation made after the designated window will result in loss of deposit.
  3. No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and will be restricted from booking future appointments.
  4. appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice without penalty.
  5. rescheduling requests made after the reschedule window will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in loss of deposit.
  6. repeated rescheduling (2+ times) may require a new deposit or may be declined.


Late/Refund policy

A 10 minute grace period is allowed.

Arriving more than the grace period late may result in:

  1. A late fee, or
  2. Cancellation of your appointment if the schedule cannot be adjusted.
  3. if the appointment must be cancelled due to lateness, the deposit is forfeited.

All services and deposits are non-refundable.

  1. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and determine if a complimentary adjustment is appropriate.
  2. Hair extensions, products, or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or installed.
