Our vision is to redefine what self-care looks like for mothers by making wellness more accessible, supportive, and tailored to their unique journey. We envision a world where every woman feels empowered to care for herself as deeply as she cares for others—and where massage therapy is recognized as an essential part of maternal health, healing, and happiness.

Precious Kneads was born from a heartfelt desire to support women, especially mothers, through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Founded by Bre, a licensed massage therapist with a background in women’s health, it offers intentional, restorative care that meets mothers where they are. Even before becoming a mom herself, Bre knew she wanted to focus on prenatal massage and maternal support. Her experience in healthcare and OB-GYN settings gave her the chance to educate women, answer questions in the moment, and form meaningful connections, work that naturally led her to massage therapy. She graduated in December 2023, became licensed in February 2024, and soon after entered motherhood, bringing her mission even closer to home. Through her own journey, Bre understands the physical, emotional, and mental demands of pregnancy and postpartum, and how support often fades after birth. Precious Kneads is about more than relaxation, it’s about offering real relief, grounded in the belief that motherhood is transformative and worthy of care. It’s here for the mom carrying it all, because every mother deserves to be supported, seen, and restored.

At Precious Kneads, our long term goal is to be more than just a massage therapy practice. We aim to be your #1 maternal spa, a meaningful part of the larger maternal health and wellness community. We see our mobile spa becoming a trusted presence not only in homes, but also in OB-GYN offices, birth centers, and community health spaces. Our goal is to build strong partnerships with doulas, midwives, childbirth educators, and other maternal health professionals to create a more connected and supportive care network for women. We want Precious Kneads to be a small but powerful contribution to a much greater mission: improving how we support, nurture, and uplift women—before, during, and after pregnancy. We’re building something lasting, where maternal care is collaborative, holistic, and centered around the well-being of the mother—because she deserves it.
