There are instances when we capture the baby during their "nap time," resulting in less movement, which can be understandably disappointing.
Fortunately, most babies tend to cooperate during their first session. We are committed to providing our guests with expert tips to maximize image quality leading up to their appointments and utilize state-of-the-art technology that makes unsuccessful sessions quite rare.
Should you encounter a situation where the baby is not showing their face, or if we cannot definitively determine the gender, your technician will schedule a complimentary redo visit within 10 days, as part of our Come Back Guarantee. To ensure fairness, complimentary rescans are at the technicians discretion.
