Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Pretty Party Palace. Our events are family-friendly and child-centered, and all vendors must align with a positive, age-appropriate environment.

Approved vendors will receive a welcome email along with an invoice for payment. Vendor space is confirmed only after payment is received. Space is limited.

Vendor Pricing

👧 Kid Vendors: $35

🎨 Kid-Inspired Adult Vendors: $40

🍰 Adult-Inspired Product / Food Vendors: $45

A limited number of adult-only vendor spots are available.

Inappropriate Vendors for a Kids Event

To maintain a safe and family-friendly atmosphere, the following vendors will not be accepted:

• Alcohol, cannabis, vaping, tobacco, or CBD products

• Weapons or weapon accessories

• Adult entertainment, lingerie, or sexually explicit items

• Profanity-based or inappropriate language merchandise

• Political, religious, or controversial advocacy products

• Any products or services deemed unsafe or unsuitable for children

Pretty Party Palace reserves the right to decline any vendor application that does not align with the mission, tone, or age-appropriate nature of our events.

Adult-Only Vendors

A small number of adult-inspired product or food vendors may be accepted. These vendors must still maintain a professional and appropriate presentation, as children will be present at the event.
