& No Show Policy

Canceling Your Appointment


We ask that you please reschedule/cancel at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment. Anything less than 24hrs will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) that were booked. This fee can be used as a credit at your next visit with us as long as you’re seen within a 2 week time period.

The credit will expire 7 days after the cancellation if there is not a rescheduled appointment for you.

No Showing Your Appointment


Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment will result in your card being charged a "No Show Fee" of the full amount that is due.

A “No Show Fee” is NOT applied as a credit. You will be allowed to rebook one time after no showing your stylist and paying the fee. No showing again will result in termination of being a client in our salon.



Appointment changes MUST be done by CALLING the salon at 563-359-8117 or done online through our website.


*Email & messenger cancellations are not an acceptable form for communicating these changes.
