cancellation policy

We kindly request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time & that you only book appointments you are sure to attend. [24hr cancellation policy includes changes or incorrect booking to scheduled services as well as day of change of mind service cancellations. 


Cancellations of the following kind 'same day schedule changes, incorrect booking or change of mind service cancellations will be charged for the scheduled services -not including service upgrades] All appointments will require a deposit of 30% to reserve your appointment.Cancellations can be canceled 36hours prior to your scheduled service(s) time online, after 36 hours ALL cancellations must be made via phone call or voicemail. Email, text or social media cancellation are not valid .


Less than 24-hour cancellations, no shows, & groups will be charged the full price of the service(s) booked. Appointments canceled prior to 24hours will be refunded 30% deposits in 3-5 business days if cancellation is made prior to 24hrs. Cancellations made after 24hrs will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) after 30% deposit fee. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy & terms & conditions of this business.


Group Appointments (3 or more) require a 30% deposit, booking contract and a 4-week cancellation notice (this applies to every service booked for the group including changes or incorrect booking to scheduled services as well as day of change of mind service cancellations. Cancellations of the following kind 'same day schedule changes, incorrect booking or change of mind service cancellations' will be charged for the scheduled services -not including service upgrades] . If less than 4 week notice occurs, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. We do not accept cash transactions (excluding tips with exact change). All major credit card are accepted. 

 

Late for Appointment Policy

If you may arrive late for your scheduled service(s) please, call our studio and we will always do our best to accommodate you. All clients will generally be allowed a 5-15 minute grace period depending on service and its timing. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled service time, this may result in a shorter service and forgoing parts of the service in order to keep to the time allotted for your appointment (full service(s) fee will apply). If arriving past the allowed 5-15 minute grace period your late arrival will fall into our less than 24hr cancellation policy, the full service(s) fee will apply and your service will be rescheduled and will not be able to be performed that day.
