I am Mariah Ellery one of two owners of Relax and Recover, a U.S Military veteran and Licensed Massage Therapist with specialized expertise in sports and medical massage. I bring over three years of professional experience delivering therapeutic massage within a medical and rehabilitative setting, including the development of individualized treatment plans for injured clients and disabled veterans. My background as a former MMA fighter and current martial artist provides a unique clinical advantage, offering advanced insight into musculoskeletal function, injury prevention, and performance-based recovery.
My name is Daneillia, one of two owners of Relax and Recover Spa and Wellness Clinic. With years of healing experience, including working in medical and holistic spas, I am passionate in providing exceptional massage experiences to all clients. I am trained in various massage techniques, including Swedish, trigger point therapy, reflexology and more. By creating a relaxing and soothing environment, I aim to promote overall wellness and rejuvenation for each client. I am committed to continuing my education in the field of massage therapy to stay updated with the latest techniques and advancements. I take pride in delivering a professional and personalized experience, ensuring that each client leaves feeling refreshed, relaxed and recovered.
