Salon Policy

1. Cancellations/ No-Show Policy - We kindly request that CANCELATIONS OR RESCHEDULING of all services be made within the minimum of 24 hours of notice to ensure efficient operations and optimal service delivery to all clients.

Failure to provide adequate notice within the time frame will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total BEFORE rescheduling next appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total BEFORE rescheduling next appointment. Please note if you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the stylist can still perform the service. However, 15 minutes or more late the service will be marked and charged as a NO-SHOW.

1. ALL SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL APON COMPLETION

1. Credit Cards on File - When booking an appointment you must provide valid card information. By providing your card information, you agree to allow reset salon to charge your card for Cancelation fees / No-show fees if you do not provide at least 24 hours' notice. (Please note that we DO NOT share any private information that is stored in our salon booking files, such as booking history, contact information and/or credit card details).

1. Non-Refundable Services - Refunds are not available after the service has been completed. Please communicate any concerns about your service during appointment time or in 24 hours after the appointment was completed.

1. Client Satisfaction - Here at reset salon we strive for client satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24hrs to discuss potential adjustments or solutions.

1. Right to Refuse Service - reset salon has the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting disruptive behavior, verbal abuse, intoxication, or posing a safety risk to staff members. We also maintain the right to decline services to clients with a history of excessive no-shows or late cancellations without proper notice.
