Parking Requirements

We require a level parking space of at least 30 feet. Customer is responsible for verification of available space and any restrictions for their location prior to appointment arrival time. Cancellation due to lack of parking space will incur loss of deposit.

Weather/Mechanical Issues

We strive to service our clients in the safest manner. Extreme weather and/or mechanical issues may require us to reschedule your appointment. Cancelations on our end will receive a full refund including deposit.

Generator/Plug In Requirements

Our van is able to work fully on generator power as needed. Other than climate control, almost all other devices used are battery powered. If generator use is required, client is aware of noise level and any restrictions at their location for generator use. Cancellation due to inability to utilize generator will incur loss of deposit.

Normal Business Hours/Travel Area

Our calendar shows our normal travel area and business hours/appointment times. Please call or email with requests outside of these parameters. We love the flexibility we are able to offer clients and look forward to accommodating your needs as possible. Extra service fees may apply. Let us know how we can accommodate you!

Refund/Booking Policy

Our Refund/Booking policy is stated on our booking page and reminders are always given at booking. We understand things come up and in our best conscious will always ensure you receive service but appreciate your understanding.

Safety/Limited Liability

We strive to use quality products in all of our services. Despite this care, allergies and certain medical conditions may lead to adverse reactions. Please advise your technician of any known allergies or medical conditions prior to service. Roam Skin and Beauty LLC is not liable for any loss damage or injury due to services provided by Roam Skin and Beauty LLC.

Warranty/Guarantee/Refund of Service

All services are final. We strive to provide the best possible service. In the event a customer is unhappy with a service we will strive to make things right. That being said, we do not warranty or guarantee nail or skin services.

Refusal Of Service

We reserve the right to refuse any and all service at any time with full refund. This includes any concerns that may arise during a service that impacts our personal or property safety. This is not negotiable and fully enforced.

Health Conditions/Allergies

Please advise technician of any known allergies or medical conditions. Please do not come to appointments sick or with any infections. Roam Skin and Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions but please let us know if there are any questions about products used.
