Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that do not meet this 24-hour cancellation/reschedule requirement.

A credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment and secure your spot. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up to your scheduled appointment(s), your card will be charged 100% of the base price of the service(s) booked.

Your card will only be charged in the event this policy is not followed. Our booking system is 100% secure.
