Deposit

Rescheduling
Please reschedule if sick. if need to reschedule please give a 48 hr notice (deposit will transfer). 24hr notice reschedule requires new deposit.
Grace period
There is a 15 minute grace period. After, the appointment will need to be rescheduled or canceled
No call no shows
Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. This fee is applied to compensate for lost time and the inability to accommodate another client.
