Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Last-minute changes create scheduling gaps that are difficult to fill. Therefore, rescheduling, same-day cancellations, or no-shows for pre-booked services will result in:

• Forfeiture of your retainer
• A charge of 100% of the original service(s)

Failure to pay will result in the inability to book future services until fees are paid. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Instructions

• You may cancel or reschedule through our Vegaro site 24/7, at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
• Cancellation requests via text, emails, direct message, or calls will NOT be accepted and our cancellation policy will be applied.

Credit Card and Retainer Policy

• We require a credit card to book your appointment on our site. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
• Retainers must be made within 24 hours of booking to secure an appointment.

Important Notes

• Retainers are nonrefundable and nontransferable in the event of a no-show, reschedule, or same-day cancellation for pre-booked services.
• If your retainer is forfeited, a second retainer will be required to schedule or reschedule another appointment.
• The remaining balance for your service(s) is due at the end of your appointment.

Grace Period Policy

There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.

Child Safety Policy

At Salon Carta Blanca, we strive to create a safe and relaxing environment for all our guests. To ensure this, we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain at home. 

Our salon is not designed to accommodate young children, and the presence of sharp tools, hot styling equipment, and chemical products can pose potential hazards.

We understand that arranging child care can be challenging. To help, we offer pre-booking options to give you ample time to plan your visit. Should you be unable to secure child care, we kindly ask that you reschedule to a time that works better for you. (Please refer to our cancellation policy for additional details.)

Guarantee Policy

At Salón Carta Blanca, we strive for excellence in every service we provide. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, you have 7 days from the date of your appointment to return for adjustments to meet your expectations. This guarantee is valid as long as you are following our recommended at-home hair care instructions.

Agreement

By booking and receiving our service(s), you agree to pay the full amount for said service(s), as we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
