At Sandalwood Skin Studio, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service to every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we have the following policies in place:

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. By booking, you authorize Sandalwood Skin Studio to charge the card on file in accordance with the policies outlined below.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

Full service fees may still apply.

Prepaid Services & Packages

All prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. 

Product Policy

All product sales are final. If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges or studio credit may be offered at our discretion.
