Cancellation Policy

Every service provider at Serendipity Salon operates independently and have their own set of policies. Please review below for each service provider's cancellation policy. You agree to their specific guidelines regarding late appointment cancellations and enforcement on cancellation fees.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no shows will be charged the full service fee. I appreciate your cooperation.

Maddison Ortega

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice will be subject to a 50% fee. Thank you for understanding!

Jenell Valdez

Please provide a notice at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation fee is 50% of the service booked. Thank you and I appreciate the support!

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-call/no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Kenzie Black

Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be charged 100% of the service fee and will require a deposit to rebook. Thank you for understanding!

Breann Shepherd
