Rules for booking

1. All news clients must book a consultation appointment first. At the end of your consultation, we will immediately schedule your service and a two-week follow-up appointment.
2. Consultations are only available on Mondays.
3. When booking an appointment as a first-time client, you must create a client profile. A valid card will be needed as well as your driver's license on file.
4. At the time of booking, 50% of your service fee will be due in order to book your time slot. The remaining 50% balance will be paid at the beginning of your appointment.
5. Consultations will be paid in full ($35) at the time of booking. They are non-refundable.
6. You will always be notified before your card on file gets charged.
7. If the card on file does not go through, you will be sent an invoice. If the invoice does not get paid by the due date (a week's worth of time), further legal actions will be taken.
8. If a first-time client books a service without a consultation, their appointment will be cancelled and changed to a consultation.

After hours fee:

If you’re needing an appointment after traditional booking hours, there will be an additional charge of $25 per hour of the appointment.

If you are looking to book an appointment last minute or ASAP, given that there is time, there will also be a single additional charge of $25. This is due to the last minute preparations and supplies needed to provide you your appointment.
