Cancellation Policies
Please provide 6–12 hours notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that illness, children, and unexpected situations can happen, so if you wake up sick or something urgent comes up, please let me know as soon as possible.
If you are running late, please send a quick message
. Appointments more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Additional Information:
This is a home-based business. While there may be other people upstairs in the home, your appointment will take place in a completely private salon space to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Please note that this space requires the use of stairs. There are stairs at the front entrance and additional stairs inside the home leading to the salon. If you have mobility limitations, please keep this in mind when booking.
This is a pet-free home, and everyone is welcome here. Silva Aesthetics is proud to be an LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive space.
