Credit Card Policy:

To insure that both our time is respected, it is required that you put a credit card on file prior to booking an appointment online to cover any cancellation or no-show fees. There will be no charge to your card upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

For your convenience, you may cancel any appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. If your card declines or you do not pay the fee you will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid. For emergency situations please call or text ASAP. 

No-Show Policy:

When you no-show to your appointment we are unable to fill that space, which results in a loss of time and money. We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. No-show appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. If your card declines or you do not pay the fee you will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid. For emergency situations please call or text ASAP.

Children:

We kindly ask that you do not bring children with you to any appointment for safety and for liability purposes. When dealing with sharp implements, chemicals and expensive equipment, we have to put the safety of you, your child and us first. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are a parent and need to reschedule based on your child's schedule, we completely understand and are happy to accommodate you. We have nothing but the utmost respect for our parent clients and will accommodate in any way we can.

Gift Certificate/Product Return Policy:

Due to the nature of my services, which involve the use of professional products as well as my time and expertise, I am unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Additionally, all product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other:

Repeated cancellations and/or no-shows, inappropriate behavior and not abiding by these policies will result in refusal of service.
