Terms and Conditions of Skin Deep Beauty Studio and Academy and Spa*
*1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy*
- A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. If no notice is given, 50% of the service cost will be charged.
*2. Refund Policy*
- No refunds are offered for services. Product refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase.
*3. Payment Terms*
- We accept all major credit cards and cash. For studio or daily rentals, payment must be made by credit card or cash.
*4. Late Arrival Policy*
- Arriving 15-20 minutes late will result in a $20 late fee.
*5. Service Adjustments*
- Clients must notify us within three business days of receiving a service if they have any issues.
*6. Health and Safety*
- Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service due to health conditions.
*7. Intellectual Property*
- All intellectual property rights are owned by Skin Deep Beauty Studio and Academy and Spa, LLC (DBA The Skin Collective). All rights reserved.
*8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction*
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes or claims will be resolved in accordance with Florida law, and the parties agree to jurisdiction in the state of Florida.
*9. Dispute Resolution*
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will first be discussed with a representative of our studio. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediatio10. Changes to Terms and Conditions*
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated and announced 30 days prior to taking effect.
*11. Groupon Policy*
- We accept Groupons on select days: Mondays and Wednesdays.
- If you utilize a Groupon on a date that is not one of the provided accepted dates, you will need to pay the remaining balance of the total service cost.
- Services purchased with a Groupon may be performed by a student.
- We only accept one Groupon per client.
