At SkinLab Charleston, we require payment for all services at the time of treatment. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment or series of treatments, we encourage you to contact us directly so we may address your concerns. As outlined in our consent forms, treatment outcomes vary based on individual factors, and optimal results are best supported by a consistent at-home skincare regimen. Treatment


Refunds & Transfers:


● Prepaid or banked treatments are non-refundable.

● If prepaid treatment is deemed unsuitable, the paid amount may be applied toward an alternative treatment and/or products offered at SkinLab Charleston.


Product Returns & Refunds:

● We stand behind the quality of our products and maintain close relationships with our vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.

● You are able to return or exchange unopened products with your receipt, if the products have been opened we cannot issue a refund.

● If you experience an adverse reaction, please notify us and return the product within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

● It is important to set realistic expectations, as most skincare products require approximately 12 weeks of consistent use to achieve noticeable results.
