The number of treatments depends on the amount and type of ink that was used and the depth of the ink in the skin. The dark (blue and black) and the red inks will resolve best. Oranges and purples usually fade as well. Yellow ink or colors combined with yellow ink are more difficult to remove and may never completely resolve.
